Sorry guys, I guess this is a bit of an English thing. We tend to have a bottle of either brown/HP sauce or tomato sauce (sorry, ketchup) on our tables at meal times. I know some people who chuck tomato ketchup on everything. |

Now I understood... but it depends on the food. I like pepper and here we have dozens of pepper types. Russian or tartare sauces are fine also. Native Americans (from all Americas) used several sauces, normally softer and sweeter than the average. But this continent also received a great influence from Africa with many spiced and tasty sauces.

Honey Mustard is tasty .I absolutely hate mayonnaise  , ketchup's ok sometimes, but too much isn't good.
