I saw Ted Nugent at Hammersmith Odeon on the night that Elvis died. He was the loudest thing I've ever heard - me and my mate shut ourselves in the toilet to get some respite. He tried to do a trick where he would attempt to shatter a glass ball with feedback. Definitely madman.
