I've taken some lyrics for a well loved song, put them through AstaVist's Babel fish from English to German, then translated them back German to English.

Name the song, then try one yourself....

'...and it's he baby with her guard examines, thus blue, he baby, don't, which you know that our love is applicable?'
Not hard, is it?

Is it " Hello baby, you know our love is true. Hey my baby, your supper's waiting for you" from Supper's Ready?

Well, nearly.

It's the right song...

"...And it's hello babe with your guardian eyes so blue
Hey my baby don't you know our love is true.
"

How about these (I translated them into Spanish then back into English...);

"The shriek of the Neurosurgeon of the claw of the iron of the foot of the cat for more In paranoia poison door.  Twenty first century man esquizoide."

Good topic

¡Great game!.

Last one was easy: Crimson. Here's another easy one (let's start this way, then proceed to really weird ones), also English-Spanish-English:

The independent diving apparatus my friend you do not begin anxious absentee you old poor turf, you you see, he is only I

Aqualung... Tull

Aqualung my friend

don't start away uneasy

you poor old sod

you see it's only me....

Easy and obvious:

"Richly and efficiently the difficult loops rise to be to free in addition-give themselves, what them will and exhausted Thrill or fanstasy"

Sounds like an un-babeled Jon Anderson lyric!

I shall be in a roundabout way
Words will disassemble you ' n '
And change (replacement) day your way
Name it in the morning, moving through a sound and in and a valley

(English to Russian and back again)

no real mystery there, I just thought "I shall be in a roundabout way" was funny

English - French - English:

I always know you as the obsolete waltz your reflexion in the mirror which you flirt with while you slip through the floor but if I said to you, the surplus of the music you would like to hear that your chart of dance, is empty that there is nobody really there make you nevertheless believe in a Father Christmas there is a millionaire seeking your front door with the key with a life which you would never understand.

And very that I must offer is the love I have, it is freely stated to you will see that it is value when you see what I try to say...

The tempered witch could name you from depths of your shame,
Also reconstruct your liver to firm intellectual courtesy,
Also reach it all with music which has arrived quickly from apart,
Then test a fruit of the registered person losing all against an hour.
And estimating items to anywhere, conducting everyone unique,
The dewdrop can glorify us is similar to music of the sun,
Also clean the plain to which we move,
Also choose a rate which you operate.

Downwards in territory, around a corner,
Not at once, not at once.
Close to territory, downwards at the river,
Not at once, not at once.

Crossed a line around of replacements of summer,
Achievement to name to cause color of the sky.
The instant handed approximately has dressed in the mornings faster, than we see.
Prevailing all time I should worry,
Departure of all replacements far from far behind.
We reduce we release exempt intensity only to learn the name of the owner

Downwards in the end, around a corner.
Close to territory, only at the river.
Seasons will bypass you.
I rise, I go down.
Now, when all is over and made,
Now, when you find, now, when you are whole.

Virtually unchanged from when Anderson wrote it! - Close to the Edge of course. This one is equally easy (for old timers like me!):

Desire not to be a fat man, people would think that it was hardly good diversion - a fine man would be something, I I am so glad to go ignition to be one

I know you still like old fashioned waltzes
Your reflection in the mirror that you flirt with as you glide across the floor
But if I told you the music's over would you want to hear
That your dance card is empty that there's no-one really there?
Do you still believe in Santa Claus, that there's a millionaire
Looking for your front door with a key to a life that you'd never understand?
All I have to offer is the love that I have, it's freely given
You'll see its value when you see what I've tried to say

Found it through Google - that was hard work!! What a wonderful translation!!

Haven't heard a lot of Fish's solo work - though I saw him live at the BBC on 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks'. After filming, as the guests were leaving the set, my friend sang the the single word word ASSASSIN? (a very good impression!) and Fish looked back bemusedly.

(the above is not a translated lyric, just meandering)

Here is a lyric: (Enlish/German/English)

Ease me need yourselves something information, first straight, which the fundamental facts you can explain to me, where them hurt

I take my hat off to onion's great work doing that research! Yes, it is "A gentleman's excuse me" by FISH - "Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors". Extremely recommended my man!
