This has probably been asked before, so please forgive me if it is a repeat question.

I would like to know your recommendations for some of the better internet Prog Radio sites.
The key ingredients I'm looking for are ease of use and Free

The only one I listen to now is Delicious Agony.

Hello,

There are a lot of webradios. You can find about 50 links on my blog, Radio & Prog : http://radioprog.skynetblogs.be - http://radioprog.skynetblogs.be

My blog is in french, but it's not very difficult to find the links : look for "liens audio" (on the left of the blog) or look for the "guide" (in the bottom of the central column) . There, I give a my personal opinion (from 0 to 3 stars) to the webradios.

Gilbert "Eridan"

I've been using net radio at my work for a week or two now.
http://www.live365.com - www.live365.com has categories for all kinds of music and this far I've enjoyed mostly some modern jazz and New Age channels as suitable relaxating background music. Today I had a closer look for a PROG channel and found "UK70s Prog Rock Greats". Seems quite good. EDIT:  I was quite enthusiastic about it for few days but by now I'm getting sick of it. Especially I've begun to hate Flower Kings/Transatlantic/Spock's Beard. "70s"?? F**k! And the other prog channels I've tried seem just worse.

http://www.live365.com - www.live365.com is the best, with a wide selection of radios of several genres, with a lot of Prog. Heck, I discovered Mostly Autumn through there...

Haven't been able to connect lately. Don't know why. Anyone got the same problem?

Delicious Agony is good.. but Aural Moon is probably the best. Free, yes, and easy to use, yes, all you need is a Winamp.

I seem to prefer Progradio.com....also very easy to use if you have a real player, its free, and I like the playlist, one can easily see what will be played in the next 15 to 30 minutes, as well as what has been played in the last 15 to 30 minutes depending on the length of the songs. One can also gather the information of what is played for the full program which repeat quite often.

I also like the fact that it does not disconnect which is a proble I have with the LIVE 365 channels, especially if I use the microwave.

But Aural Moon, audiorealm and the 70's Prog sites on Live 365 are great, just find Progradio more dependable.
