We've set up a small news forum for Experimental UK Bands, which includes a directory listing of location and websites of bands which produce similar styles of music.

Most of the bands have influences and produce music along the veins of Mogwai, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Explosions in the Sky, Aphex Twin, Sigur Ros, Pink Floyd, Circle Takes The Square, Mono and other more leftfield acts....

We're trying to keep you updated on the likes of YMSS, 65DoS, Oceansize, Redjetson, Fight Fire With Water, thebigsleep, detwiije, Loss of a Child and many others as well, so any news you have on any relevent band would be much appreciated too. Hope you enjoy finding some new bands! Smile

And the site is just a free proboards forum, using a pre-existing layout that I found. I'm not great on the design front so I just wanted something simple that would allow people to find what they wanted!
