Hi prog lovers
Glad to join the forum.
Been a prog rock/metal fan for a couple of decades after a long period of listening to heavy metal, speed metal, thrash and death metal when I was younger.
I have been playing drums for quite a long time in progressive bands but also is many different genres

Some of my current favorite bands are Caligula's Horse, Pain of Salvation, Agent Fresco, Vola, Haken, Symphony X...
I love and have been also very influenced by Rush, Toto, Yes, Dream Theater, Fates Warning, Ark but also Dave Matthews Band (which to me is kind of pop-folk prog ^^) and jazz rock.

Some of my favorite/biggest influences as a drummer are Simon Phillips, Neil Peart, Mike Portnoy, Jeff Porcaro, Gavin Harrison

Funny enough, the most recent music project in which I am involved is also a very old one as we have, with long time ex bandmates, decided to record a concept prog rock-metal album we wrote 20 years ago. Here is to watch/listen to the first video/single we have just released:

I also have fun with some friends recording covers remotely which includes a sporadic Rush cover project called Brush😁 ( https://www.facebook.com/BRUSHcoverproject" rel="nofollow - www.facebook.com/BRUSHcoverproject )

Well I guess that's enough (and probably too much 😄)
