I like Thanksgiving as a general reminder of all one has to be grateful for.

I feel so grateful for ALL OF YOU and for all of the wonderful records of human creativity that you guys and this site have allowed me access to!

Have a wonderful, blessed day no matter where you are or what traditions you have to celebrate today! (And don't forget to play something black to help celebrate tomorrow's chaos and mayhem--like Prince's "Black Album" or AC/DC's Back in Black or Spinal Tap's Smell the Glove or Metallica's Metallica or Marylin Manson's The Black Album or anything else from this list by Homocavo on RateYourMusic:

(Why? Because it's Black Friday!)

In Canada, we celebrated Thanksgiving in mid-October, but every day is a good day to consider and express that for which we can be grateful. Happy thanksgiving.

Thank you! Not celebrating anything like that, but I'll put up something black - Velvet Underground might be nice...

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Happy Thanksgiving even if it only an excuse to get together with family, over indulge on food and alcohol, and reconnect with people important in life. Such moments are important as the great machine grinds on.

I had no idea what Black Friday was until today. It sounds like a bad day when some calamitous event happens, although if the video below is anything to go by, that's not too far from the truth. Tongue
