pleasee does anyone know what samantha owen uses to get the bass sound in lordo venus. in sounds like a timpohony i need it so bad

Could you please post a YouTube clip or sound file? 

Chris Squire used to emulate the sound of a timpani using a fretless Guild bass guitar and plectrum, strumming the string very, very quickly (circle picking).  You can hear it in several places during TFTO.  I've borrowed that trick myself!

Google doesn't find anything obvious for Samantha Owen as a bass player or lordo venus, neither does Spotify. Also I don't know what a timpohony is, otherwise I'd love to help.
