To clarify, I mean jazz chords, not jazz rhythms. Solo as in without a band accompaniment, but if you can't think of any, post whatever you have.

A good example would have been if Joni Mitchell wrote "Both Sides Now" with jazz chords. I can't think of any. I'm also sure somewhere in the world there has to be someone like her (who instead of playing 10 minutes of G-C over and over) who "progressed" and added some nice major sevenths on the acoustic.

The one slight example I can think of is JJ Cale's "Magnolia" because the verses are Fmaj7 and Cmaj7 (with Am-G on the chorus) but he does have some brushes and light playing but it's a great song, although I think Neil Young's acoustic version of Clancy is all 7th's.
