11 delicious slices of Mom's proggiest apple pie, but which would you eat?

I'm going for Meatloaf's Paradise by the Dashboard Light. I saw it on The Old Grey Whistle Test when I was 17, and remember thinking it was one of the greatest things I'd ever seen. I saw it again recently on BBC4, and still think it's one of the greatest things I've ever seen. RIP.

Laurie Anderson. You haven't lived until you've heard Big Science, from whence O Superman comes. Compare to Kraftwerk but with a New York attitude.

This one goes to Phideaux. "O Superman" is absolutely seminal, though.

I use they/them pronouns (feel free to ask me about this!)

Nothing on that list compares to Laurie Anderson's Big Science

Gotta go with Only Skin on this one. Ys in general is one of my favorite albums of all time, as well as one of the best modern folk records Thumbs Up

Take me down, to the underground
Won't you take me down, to the underground
Why oh why, there is no light
And if I can't sleep, can you hold my life
