When Close to The Edge is an option, it's a done deal.

My other favorites include The Revealing Science of God, The Gates of Delirium, Siberian Khatru, Sound Chaser, and Machine Messiah.

^I think we can all foresee the winner, so I will vote for 'The Gates of Delirium'

CttE is not even my favourite track on that album, let alone my favourite Yes epic - but if it doesn’t win this poll, I’ll be surprised. It’s only competition, I guess, might be Gates.

My favourites from this list, I guess, are Sound Chaser, Siberian Khatru, and The Ancient. 🤔

No votes for Awaken yet?
Well, I'll be the first.

I only have one thing to say about it: Breathtaking.

An easy choice for me: Homeworld from The Ladder album, although the Fly from Here suite comes a close second. Thumbs Up

Didn't expect such a vote, and I almost didn't include it in the poll!

All great pieces of music, but my favorite is Awaken.

I think "Awaken" is their most refined, perfected, but the rawness and unexpectedness of "Gates of Delirium" gets my vote (nearly) every time.

I could have voted for Awaken instead, but I was still half-asleep at the time. Smile

I think that refined perfection is why I find it so boring. I’ll take the rawness and unexpectedness of Gates any day!

Gates of Delirium, Awaken, And You And I... I join the Gates crowd but it's a very tight affair.

Too early to tell. My vote goes to And You and I for Wakeman's contribution. It's THE Yes song out of their whole catalog.

Gates of Delirium is my fave Yes epic now.

WTF? No "Yours Is No Disgrace" or "Starship Trooper"? Yet throw in a bunch of crap from the last 20 years?

Good question. Take out the last five and put those in instead.

Close To The Edge for me. I'm a little surprised that The Gates of Delirium is quite close and that Awaken has few votes.

It's good to see Gates so Close to The Edge on this poll.

Because there are just 25 slots and I decided to exclude any song that is shorter than 9:30 minutes. Tongue

South Side would get my vote. After that it would probably be a toss up between CTTE and AYAI, followed by Yours Is No Disgrace and Perpetual Change and Roundabout. It would be a long time before I even considered anything off of Relayer or Tales, or Awaken.

Close to the Edge, followed by The Gates of Delirium. I feel quite basic picking those two but there is a reason why they’re dominating this poll, right?

It's no surprise that I'm the only one so far who's voted for Homeworld, although mine is no disgrace that it's from my favourite Yes album: The Ladder. Smile

Not surprising at all, especially in the presence of all these 70s songs. The thing is, I expected you to vote for any of the songs off their 2010s albums.

I had to vote for Homeworld because I knew no one else would, especially after you were kind enough to include it in the poll.  Smile

It's very close between CttE, GoD, and Awaken. And The Revealing Science of God very close too. I'm going with Awaken, though.

1. The Gates of Delirium
2. Heart of the Sunrise
3. Awaken
4. And You and I
5. Mind Drive

The top 5 for tonight.

Actually Homeworld is the only decent song off The Ladder album. I found the album a major disappointment.
