This weekend on BBC 4 (digital): Sunday 18th Joe Zawinul co-founder of Weather report, followed by The Robert Wyatt story, followed by Mahavishnu Orchestra. All around midnight. |

the concert of VdGG at the Leverkusener Jazztage will be shown on tv (probably WDR, the tv-channel Friede's sister works for. we'll have our VCRs programmed of course, while we attend the concert (Leverkusen is just a few miles from us. 30 minute drive) -------------  A shot of me as High Priestess of Gaia during our fall festival. Checked on the beeb's website - it's a concert. I'm not a huge Mahavishnu fan but a TV concert's probably worth seeing. It's all material from Inner Mounting Flame too, apparently. |
