Hi there.
My name is Matt Swindells and I would like to introduce myself to the Progarchives community.
Some of you may know me as drummer/vocalist for Moth Vellum a
progressive rock band that I was involved with for more than five years.
We released a successful independent album in 2008 and played many
successful shows including a memorable performance at Rosfest.
I wanted to introduce you all to my latest band and musical offering Mancunian Candidate, which I am delighted to say has now been added to the crossover prog section in Progarchives.

Mancunian (pronounced Man Q Knee Un) Candidate is a nine song (14track) full length continuous play album.
I think the music would appeal to anybody who loves melodic/symphonic
prog rock. The tunes range from 2.5 minute pop/rock arrangements to 14
minute epics. There is an hour of music in total.
I play drums, sing, play keys and acoustic guitar on the record. I am joined by some massively talented musicians including Matthew Charles Heulitt (Moetar) on guitar, Matt Bissonette (Elton John) on bass and Neil Fairclough (Queen/Adam Lambert) also on bass.
I would like to invite people to review the CD. If you are
interested please private message me here at PA. I will make sure the
first 3 people to contact me either get a CD to review or a digital
download.

PLEASE NOTE:
Mancunian Candidate is a continuous play album. For example track
"Operation Bright Star" with a total playing time of 10:04 is subdivided
into three movements; each has its own track ID. The same goes for
"Too Much to Lose" with a total playing time 14:20, again comprised of
three movements, three track ID's.
This was done mainly for the purpose of quick navigation for radio stations. The CD and Itunes versions of Mancunian Candidate play continuously, however, some mp3 and flac players do not support gap-less play.
If you want to find out more about the band please see http://www.mancuniancandidatemusic.com" rel="nofollow - http://www.mancuniancandidatemusic.com Also, the facebook page is the best place to keep up with news http://www.facebook.com/MancunianCandidateMusic/" rel="nofollow - http://www.facebook.com/MancunianCandidateMusic/
Again,
I would stress that I would rather provide reviewers a free copy of the
CD (or high quality download) in order to listen to the music as it was
intended to be presented.
Thank you for having me here at Progarchives.
