The Soviet folk-rockers (VIA is Vocal-Instrumental Ensemble, the standard Soviet official euphemism for rock band) who actually were quite proggish in some of their works. Always funny and vivid, they used Russian folk material for their efforts.
Listen to this good one for example

Hi there
Just a quick note on prog related: this sub has changed dramatically over the years. We now only welcome bands/artists into this sub if they in one way or another influenced prog rock or somehow put their mark on it (on a wider scale).
...which basically means your three suggestions have no chance of getting in. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news.

But a fun band nonetheless, and a fascinating sound one doesn't often hear.  Thumbs Up

Yes, here is the song of Baba Yaga, for good example of the fun factor in their music. An old song, but a recent performance in TV studio

I have their album ... love it. A tad doubtful if they could be fit for our library though.

^ This album is their proggiest (Prog-folk)

First album (video in the initial post) had proggy moments.
Some of their prog works were never published (rock operas, fragments of ELP's "Tarkus").
