What are some good museums that you guys know that focus mostly on the rock genre, bonus points for prog.
One I can bring to light is the Icelandic Museum of Rock 'n' Roll in Reykjanesbær. It's pretty small but does have a decently complex history about Icelandic music, and features both Sigur Rós and Björk.

EMP Museum (Experience Music Project) in Seattle, WA.  While it doesn't focus solely on rock music per se many exhibits imply meaning to the genre.  It has two exhibits dedicated to the two biggest (rock) artist who hail from Seattle, Jimi Hendrix and Nirvana.  Since it opened 15 years ago it has expanded to cover more things of a pop culture nature.
