After some google searching I did not find anything which helped so I'm posting here in case there are any computer wizards among you who can help.

Since a few days ago, whenever I open Google Chrome my PC crashes, the power stays on but I get the Black Screen Of Death. When I restart the computer it says 'the system has recovered from a serious error' and shows these error messages. I prefer not to send the error to Microsoft as some of my MS soft is not genuine (although Windows itself is).

Have you tried using another browser? I gave up using Chrome when I couldn't get anything except a plain white panel on all web sites, so I went back to Firefox.
Other than that, look in your Event Viewer to see if there are any errors prior to the restart and Google them. Sending the error to Microsoft won't get you anywhere anyway.
