I've checked previous threads and have seen the rainbow-haired wizard as the topic of four of them.
I noticed he's not in the archives. Any chance that he might be added - art rock category, perhaps? Just picked up "Liars" and it's incredible (IMHO).

Hmmm...Todd is Godd !!!!  He should be included.  At least, A Wizard - A True Star, Todd and Initiation are all mammoth prog albums.  Heck, one could even include Bowie here, notably his Berlin period, but I guess that we should be dealing with a carreer, and not so much a phase.
