COMPETITION RULES There are no rules. Even this one. Confusingly. Bribing of judges is highly recommended, but since there aren't any judges, ultimately futile. Winner MUST change his/ her middle name by deed poll to "Flashy lights" Shots of seaside illuminations will be removed. ------------- |
