Like them both. I'll go with Cross-Eyed Mary just to make things interesting...

Locomotive Breath. Always was a great closer for Tull concerts.

Love both.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Maybe her attention is drawn by Aqualung, who watches through the railings as they play...

Locomotive Breath for me, though I do like both songs a lot. However, I do like them both better on later live versions.

Loco is just a straight rock song really. Cross Eyed is the prog one so it has to win

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

I always considered these two more rock than prog, so it's an odd thread to address for me. With that in mind, Cross Eyed Mary is a stitch more proggier, so it gets my vote.

Locomotive Breath.

-------------
When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.
