Hi!
I'm writing from Croatia, and I really found tons of music on this forums and listening it every day.
We are prog rock enthusiasts even though our music is more space orientated.
With a little help from our "friends" we managed to record our first album which is for now only in digital form, but we hope to find a label real quick and go for a vinyl.
Our music is really vintage orientated and we use only 100% vintage analog equipment to reproduce it.

^ please go for vinyl! There are a few labels in Europe that specialize in this kind of music and in vinyl, which you probably know already, so I am looking forward to spending some hear-earned cash on your record.

I'm glad that you like it.
We really did our best to make it sound as it should with all the vintage equipment and stuff. To make it sound "real"
I haven't started even looking for labels, can you tell me what labels did you have in mind?

Kickstarter, and then there is Indiegogo, and Fripp knows what else ..
I guess you won't find out if crowdfunding would work for you all until you try. If you don't ask, the answer is always "No" . I am beginning to wonder if Progarchives would be, at some point, interested in a "community fundraising" scheme of sorts, which would cater specifically to prog makers and listeners.

It would be great if such community would do that kind of stuff.

Thanks guys for the kind words, it will most definitely go on vinyl, CDs will be out by the end of January and we hope to score a deal with a label, if not, we will be forced to make vinyls on our own.
It is sad that you don't have a nice place to play in Croatia, people only like punk and metal.
There are only a few people who like prog energy nowadays.
And we really did our best to do it like they did it back then.

There are others out there in Croatia, but I'm not sure if http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3987" rel="nofollow - Seven That Spells is the only other band besides your own
They're pretty good though and close to the kind of sound you're going for.

It's not just in Croatia unfortunately
Good luck!

I know Niko (Seven that Spells). They are way more aggressive with their approach, we like it more spacey. But they are one of the best musicians on the scene. They really are. And he is really aggressive with his promotion. He's been around for 11 years now.

Seriously; this music is vinyl-worthy in every respect. The sound, the structure and the timing. Under 23' on A, just a bit over 17' on B. Yum! I want this on the insert or somewhere, though:

^ All right then; we have a (tentative) deal: you will have it released on vinyl, and I'll buy it.
I am looking at all non-jazz 2014 albums I have laid my hands on, and I feel that the Lizards is better than 75% of them. On behalf of all those who prefer instrumentals, many heartfelt thanks for not singing on the Lizards
Vinyl is important, and new releases should be treated seriously. I will be well prepared when your vinyl record is released. The cassette, slated for the Lizards analog copy , is ready. You will share it with the Zvérokruh, which would serve as a spine-chilling reminder about the dominant role of the Reptilians in the celestial affairs

^ but still ignored by the PA's Wise Men's Council .. Lizards still do not exist on PA as a self-sufficient species, maybe only one or two specimina by KC and Igra Staklenih Perli, but they are so ancient you could call them dinosaurs.

Just had a listen to snippets of your album - very fresh and original - good job. Reminds me of so many different albums Floyd/Earring etc. Will listen to the whole thing again when I have some time but I have to say I am impressed.
BTW I was in Croatia a couple of years ago Dubrovnik/Cavtat - a stunningly beautiful place. Worth every penny as a holiday destination. Superb climate, superb food, superb looking women. What more can you ask for?
