Music Universities,fundings and financial support

   hello guys.I really need your opinions.I'm making a big decision in my life.I'm from iran and a music freak like all of you.I'm leaving my job opportunities here to stay home and study full time guitar to be able to go to music universities in europe after a year or two.the question is that are there music universities in europe,specially scandinavia,france,uk,germany that provide fundings and fiancial support?or any possible,ANY POSSIBLE way to get financial help to enter universities in europe?please help guys
