If you've somehow managed to find the time to listen to these 2 excellent Swans albums, which is better? Both are very similar but I think "To Be Kind" might be erring to more innovative and experimental, although I absolutely love "Lunacy" on "The Seer"...

Help me out here guys Tongue

I'm sorry Steve, but To Be Kind's style agrees 100% more with my personal tastes than The Seer. Both i'd rate 5*, but the focus on grooves and Gira's maniacal vocals clicked with me more with the roller coaster that is The Seer. Plus the Epic on To Be Kind is better than The Seer Tongue

At the moment, I'm more impressed by To Be Kind, but I need time to find out if the preference is just excitement over a new release or something that will endure beyond the honeymoon.

I gotta say, if To Be Kind is actually better than The Seer that is going to be one fresh HELL of an album

They still haven't updated the Young God website, says it's in preorder stage.  I wait for now.

I like the Seer more. Perhaps To Be Kind just hasn't really settled with me yet though. Both are great, but I can't vote against Lunacy, A Piece of the Sky or Avatar.
