The pan-Earth language theory ended with Genesis 11. Since then, there are groups of languages (Indo-European, Afro-Asiatc, etc). Within subdivisions of these groups, some languages are more closely related than others. |

Norwegian is one spoken language, two written languages, 4 (or 5) regional dialect regions, and 200-300 variations of the dialacts , and there is 5 million Norwegians, and various urban sociolects in all the big citys.

Wow I can just imagine having to work there..... Yeah, like I said: wow I gather you choose your words wisely around her, when the subject of work comes up? Boy I would find it difficult not throwing bad jokes her way - that is unless she's like a female take on Rambo, then I'd just save em up for when the ammo's down on the missus I think I've heard about Cockermouth before, maybe on TopGear. Seems likely. In Denmark we have a lovely town called Lem, which translates into member... Lem can also mean hatch though, but I gather people mostly forget about that.
