Unless their page is a bandcamp or other site that provides free downloads, no.  I'm not even sure what you're asking.

You can't download anything directly from ProgArchives.

This is the answer I feared LOL

There is one band here that I have their one and only album and surprisingly PA suggests a non album track which I can't trace nowhere in the internet. That's basically it...
