Hey folks!

Yet another lurker gone public.

I enjoy many styles and genres of music, especially those that push to create great tunes without rehashing what has come before. I am a member of a divergent rock band in the U.S. known as Divided Sky, which also tries to propogate my ideas about music through evolution.

See you around!

welcome to the site, Crisden, its good to have you here.  Enjoy.
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I did quite like this ("Grasp"), although I wasn't keen on the vocals - there was nothing wrong with them, but they didn't really seem to add anything special to the music, and with 10,000 other prog metal bands around I feel they need to , and also I very much enjoyed the instrumental sections.

I prefer the vocals in Diminishing Returns but there could maybe do with being more contrast between the different musical sections? I feel it's more a production than a songwriting thing though.
