Son of a bitch Ian. Just release an album and we'll be happy. Now you went and risked making another Scarsick, which retroactively sullies the reputation of The Perfect Element Part II.
I hope you know what you're doing. |

^Scarsick is a pile of garbage.
Anyway, I will remain skeptical of this until April 1st. It's very strange that they held off such an announcement until a month before release, and announce it in such a plain manner, as a simple news post on the website and a couple Youtube vids. If it's real, the album must have been in the works for a long time and should be all completed by now. I would expect promo videos, interviews, and a website re-design months in advance. Also, such a prank seems in line with Ian's sense of humor. I do hope it's real and a great album, but it something just doesn't seem right here. If those preview vids are anything to go by, it shouldn't be as bad a sequel as Scarsick. Operation Mindcrime II would probably be a better analogy.
