Are Dutch people prone to medical, or specifically, back problems? seriously

My wife is working on an assignment on Dutch medicine for her Enrolled Nursing course.

The focus is on treating Dutch people in aged care facilities.

She is wanting to know if Dutch people are prone to a particular disease or illness, perhaps back problems, whether it is because they are tall, is it genetic,

further they don't have to live in the Netherlands to have high cholestral, but if they come to Australia and don't have fatty foods does that mean maybe the cholestral count is lower?

Just asking cos she is asking me and I don' have a clue!

Actually if anyone is aware of Dutch medical problems of any sort that is specific or genetic to the Dutch , that would help for my wife's assignment.

Unique disease heritage to the Dutch is stationary night blindness according to resources.

But seriously: diabetes seems to become quite common in the Netherlands, high cholesterol seems to occur quite often as well (although eating the right food can help a lot to diminish it). PDD-NOS (a form of high-functioning autism) is diagnosed far more often in the Netherlands than in the surrounding countries (which may be caused by the way some Dutch mental health care organizations seem to provide themselves with work).

Great find there. Thanks. The topic has been handed in for assessment and those types of ideas were given.
