"Falling Buildings" Animated film

   When i was at college in the early 1980s, i initially saw on tv, and then in the collection of recent films at the Canadian college i was studying at, a really weird animated film that was in black and white animation, and was the journey of a man going in and out of buildings-the weird part was that whenever he left a building, it would fall down and crumble, accompanied by some really weird electronic music!
      i don't remember the name of this, but i think it might have been Canadian, and it was about 20 to 30 minutes long, i think
           Does anybody know what this film is?

	If i remember correctly (we are talking decades ago) the film was made in Quebec
