   Has anyone here heard of him? Does anybody here like him?
I'm not sure myself. He is a blues/southern twang (in the guitar at least to me) guitarist, and a band (). He is really good at playing the guitar, although i think he is a bit over indulgent. I saw them in concert and every song had at least a two minute guitar solo (except one, probably because there was a guitar duet). I'm not saying hes bad, very skilled, but too much focus on his guitar.

	I think he is a very good, young, guitar slinger. However he realies heavily on trying to emulate SRV down to the very last lick. He does, and he sounds damn good doing it, but he needs to do his own thing and make something that stands out and not in the way that he is copying someone else. Almost everyone of his songs, to me, sounds like a exact copy of either Texas Flood or Lenny. Hes just like SRV; he only knows one scale and plays it in every damn song, except, he can't do it nearly as good as Stevie did.

	KWS made three pretty good Blues Rock records, but his latest is pretty poor, verging on the awful. He tried to write a pop record. Same as Jonny Lang. They are Petatonic Blues Slingers. Stepping outside, for them, is not recommended. If you like KWS, check out Indigenous. Mato Nanji smokes. Chris Duarte is pretty good too. Want a little Louisianna hot sauce on your blues, pick up some Tab Benoit, beer and a bucket of crawdads. His first (Nice and Warm) features some smoldering Hammond B-3. Wetlands and Standing by the Bank are my favorites, but each disc is a fun bluesy experience.

	I liked his first album,but don't really listen to him that much.His credibilty was sort of ruined with me awhile ago when my daughter was watching American Idol and he was playing guitar during Carrie Underwood's performance.
