How about adding a facility for visitors to indicate whether they find a review by an 'official' reviewer to  be helpful, like Amazon do? I would have said "for every review", but presumably that would not be practical given the large number of reviews? I wondered whether feedback would help reviewers gauge whether or not they have got the balance right.
Just a thought, nothing more.
