I honestly forget how I surfed my way in here, but looking around I think this will be a pretty neat place to poke around and lurk.  My name's Meg, and I'm something of a metalhead college student.  Honestly, I will and do listen to anything and everything, but I mostly do heavy metal these days.  It would take a long while for me to list the stuff I listen to regularly, but some of my favorites are Ayreon's "The Human Equation", Tobias Sammet's "Avantasia", Virgin Steele's "The House of Atreus" and "The Marriage of Heaven and Hell", Kamelot's "Karma", Sonata Arctica's "Ecliptica", and Blind Guardian's "Somewhere Far Beyond."  I'm also a huge fan of Nightwish, Therion, Edguy, Metallica, Human Fortress, Iced Earth, Hammerfall, Demons and Wizards, Finntroll...  Richard Wagner...

I haven't done too much reading around, but I'm going to slowly work my way through the archives and poke my nose into things.  *waves*  Hullo!
