I'm noticing a lot of Prog Polls being moved to areas of the forum where polls are not enabled.

Because of the moves, people are no longer able to vote.  Here are several polls that are now no longer polls due to being moved:

This was an issue I'd addressed at an earlier time, and it was decided that only admins can start polls in the non-poll parts of the forums.

I suppose it would be best if it was made impossible to make or move polls to areas where they don't work?

They weren't earlier...they have been moved back by a rogue Admin or certified thread mover.

They were, I don't remember where though. I've bumped and voted in a couple of them now.
