Hi there,
I've been lurking around this site for the album reviews for quite a while and decided now was a good time to register.
I'm in a new band, brand new project we just started up over spring break. We have recording one tune, and written three others which - I'm glad to say - are more progressive then the one up there. We've got a couple spacey jams yet to record, and another funky tune somewhat reminiscent of some Beardfish songs (I'm my opinion). For now, though, only have the one song up, What Flavour of Beaker Should I use?

The other two songs up there are, in fact, not songs at all; we were simply playing random things with no prior discussion on key, chord progressions, time signature, etc. while we waited for our bass player to return from an appointment. If you read the blog entries, much is explained, including most of the details of our recording setup.
Thanks! -Colin, rhythm guitar

Hi there,
We have two new songs up, freshly recorded this afternoon in my basement.
Mixed Berry Jam and Space Preserves
Mixed Berry is a song which we had previously written a bass riff for, and we just jammed it out for 6 minutes. Space Preserves was the result of a free jam with no prior discussion. Hope you like them
