There are 2 possibilities, guys:
1. If memory serves me, every registered member can edit Releases info, i.e. he/she can edit release dates, record labels etc and list bonus tracks in this section.
2. Correcting track lists is a privelege of Special Collaborators and Admins.

Both ways are acceptable.
