   In the 90s around Detroit there was a prog band called Granfalloon. They released a couple of albums and disbanded. I moved to Detroit right around the time they disbanded, so I never got to see them live. A friend had one of their albums though, and we wore it out. I don't recall the album title. 
However, when browsing through the Amazon.com mp3 download section I came across one of their albums; A Proud But Meaningless Collection. I promptly downloaded it. 

Anyone who wants to hear some truly fresh music go check out Granfalloon on Amazon.com. If enough people buy their album they might take it as a sign to reform, and I might yet get a chance to see them live!
