   Since this seems to be the forum for self-promotion, I thought I'd post about this here.

I, along with a cast of several other metal fans from around the world, have been producing a podcast for a few months now in which we play and discuss music from various metal genres.

While everything we play isn't "prog," there are a couple of us on the show who are prog fans (me for one), so the occasionally progressive metal band does slip in.  If you're not all that into metal, I think our show would be a great way to discover new bands.  (We did play and discuss Dream Theater on the most recent episode, though it wasn't all that flattering.  ) 

Anyway, we would love it if people gave it a listen and sent us some feedback to our e-mail address [email protected]  We doing this because we enjoy it.  We're by no means professionals, but we hope to improve the show as time goes on, so your input would be greatly appreciated.

	Oh, I also forget to mention, if you're a member of a progressive metal band, send us some .mp3s and we'll certainly consider playing them on a future episode.

	Okay, so I'm going to re-promote my podcast because we've actually changed the format a bit since I last posted about it. We're now playing only unsigned and small label metal bands on the show.
