Does anyone have a list of them?

If not, would anyone like to start one with me?

There's The Shed, but that's for old grumpy Englanders.

We melded the Shred Room and the Suede Room a while ago; it's just the SR now. That's the main chat room.

Pretty much anything. Whatever the current topic is, though it is typical for it to change suddenly.

41??? you have to be kidding...

By the way, to answer the original posting, there are no chat rooms here, the best you can do is interacting through postings.

Oi, watch it sonny.

Anyway, it's the Gazebo now.

I thought there was only supposed to be one chat room here.  And why is SR in Just for Fun and the Geezerbo, erm Gazeebero, erm I mean Gazebo, in General Discussions?  Nothing to do with ageism, I'm sure.  Just what they were started, I guess -- tradition.

I can't say which is more erudite, but I got the impression that the SR is more music-oriented, and the Gazebo is more pottering about oriented.

I should be in the Gazebo, I found a white hair, don't ask me where (okay, I confess, it was a rogue sideburn hair), some time ago.

Is the old off-site PA chatroom still going and active?

The Shed was moved to Just For Fun, just like the Shred, but the old mages cleverly created the Gazebo back in General Discussions. Wink

It's only a matter of time before Darth Jody sets them straight.  Wink

Those wily elder coyotes! For shame!

Incidentally, looking at the Gazebo, I don't think I'm really cut out for it, white hair or not (plucked and never came back, hooray!) as I haven't a shed or a gazebo.  Stupid townhouse!  The strata does have a communal pool, sauna and jacuzzi.  Maybe we need a Hot Tub Thread -- call it "The Bathhouse" -- hot stuff.

Ownership of a shed or gazebo are not compulsory to participate in The Shed or The Gazebo. A knowledge of real ales, lardy cake and strange animals is occasionally useful.
