Hey everyone! I have 2 posts far, and this is my third, and I'd just liek to introducem yself as Blackcap_Baron!  Although I am fairly young for what many people would consider a prog rocker, I am very interested in prog rock!  It reminds me of reading a book or being told a story from ancient times.  My favourite types of prog rock starting from my favourite genre include Symphonic Prog (Including Yes (ESPECIALLY RELAYER), Genesis(Everything with PG) and ELP), Art Rock (Rush), Space Rock (Floyd, The Mars Volta), and Dream Theater.  Can't wait to become an avid member of this forum!   Smile

Welcome BB;

I hope you enjoy sifting through the copious amount of info you find on this site!

Enjoy! Fandango

Hi.

I am also new, and would like to extend some kind of formal introduction in order to evolve.

So. . . hi.

You have excellent tastes!

Regarding Yes, an oft-overlooked album is "Keystudio," which was recorded in '96-'97 but is very much in their classic 70s style. You'll be pleased.

Also, I recommend these excellent newer bands that have a classic sound:

Cairo

Citizen Cain

Crucible

IQ

IZZ

K2

Little Atlas

Magellan

Suntower

The Watch
