Topic: Orco Muto live in toronto (goblin) Posted: October 25 2008 at 09:46 |
went to the closing party at the bovine for the toronto after dark and i had to be there. i have a hard time going to concerts anymore, not that i don't care about music anymore just really picky about my experiences nowadys. goblin is a band that have changed the way i look at music. prog and horror music put into one. a match that cannot compare to anything out there. here comes orco muto (maurizio on keyboards) and they play goblin tunes. they played deep red, dawn of the dead tune, frankenstein, tenebrae, and a bunch of originals. it was a trip, lots of improv, tripping out, and the themes for amaing movies. i can honestly rest in peace now. it was amazing to see him play those tunes that he helped with writing back in the day. and the rest of the band is spot on. they also love the fusion improv, hard prog and so on. love this band. i am so privelaged to live so close to my favourite band ever. well, pretty much the whole band.
