In general, all of them are GREAT 4 star at least each intro song, but the song that I consider THE(dee) OPENER it must be The Revealing Science of God.
Here's my list(not list of faves, but the songs that open best):
#1 The Revealing Science of God - TFTO (the vocals and the breakthrough with the moog, is just AMAZING)
#2 Roundabout - Fragile (espectacular acoustic intro and then changing with the great riff with the bass)
#3 Close to the Edge - CTTE (one of my least loved albums/songs by Yes, still I must admit it opens amazing great with the birds and finally breaking the climax with an amazing guitar)
#4 Gates of Delirium - Relayer (not that of an opener..)
#5 Yours is no Disgrace - The Yes Album (while it's a great song, as an opener I would prefer
EDIT!: Dude! What have I drunk or smoked? I read "Yes Album Opener in your Favorite Order", gees...
Here it goes:
1.The Yes Album
2.Drama
3.TFTO or Yessongs
4.Relayer
5.Fragile
6.Time and a Word
7.Close to the Edge
8.Yes
9.The Ladder
10.Magnification
11.Going for the One

(although Parralells I don't Like) Drama Tormato (Would be higher if not for the child's voice in Circus of Heaven) The Ladder Time and a Word. Yes. (I hate it so hard, I wish I didn't but I hate it)
I don't have the rest.

Although it's a small sample so far, i'm a bit surprised that the Yes Album isn't rating a bit higher.
Your's is No Disgrace, Starship Trooper, I've Seen All Good People and Perpetual Change make up all but 6 minutes of it. These are 4 of Yes's most loved songs.

- Close to the Edge
- Relayer
- The Yes Album
- Fragile
- Topographic Oceans
Easy to pick the top 5... don't know where i'd rate the rest below those. Going for the One Probably at #6 and Drama #7 I guess. There are a number of their albums i've never actually heard though.

1. Relayer (Their Masterpiece)
2. Fragile (Their second-most crucial album)
3. The Yes Album (It has "Starship Trooper" and "Yours Is No Disgrace". What more could you want?)
4. Close to the Edge (One of the most overrated albums in all prog)
5. Drama (Great tunes for it to be the only Anderson-less release)
6. 90125 (Yes' most crucial record)
7. Keys to Ascension (Keystudio)

1. Close to the Edge
2. Fragile
3. Tales
That's it for me. Relayer, Going for the One and The Yes Album are alright, but not worthwhile for me.
