check out my band Bogdanovich www.myspace.com/bogdanovichband

really progressive and experimental. but we also bring in a jazz-rock edge, and get funky at times. the music is very heavy. I think you guys will really enjoy it.

With picture on MySpace like the one below, they are bound to find friends in certain PA circles Wink

The music is definitely jazz influenced in many ways - a track like Carl Davis Jr. is more jazz than rock even, but with a lot of effects on the instruments - psych influences?
The Jig is Up is a different track - with heavy riffing, and a pretty hollow drum sound (demo quality, so no musical issue), with guitar work that is a bit in the vein of old Rush and alike, but with some mellower, more jazz influenced sections build in - not to forget the one section of funky guitar that explains the funk inlfuences claimed by the band. Not bad for a trio that started out three months ago - needs some shaving and polishing, but they'll get somewhere for sure.

I like it. the genre description sounds accurate too. I like the eclectic range of styles the music draws from. Definitely good stuff. keep up the good work!
