I think any law to protect people from their own stupidity should be removed. If you aren't smart enough to wear a seat belt, then maybe that's just natural selection at work.

you will then have to be buried with funds from the state...LOL

that means that by dying in the HoP, the state has to pay for you funeral expenses... (which is of course very costly for a country like UK...)
but if you die just outside the HoP territory, it's ok...LOL
