   I recently came across Art Bears (via the preceding Slapp Happy/Henry Cow collaborations, naturally), and I'm hooked - really compelling stuff. Can anyone recommend any similarly bloody-mindedly progressive music with, nonetheless, a dedication to compact song-form?
