I keep getting this since this morning:

It appears on all PA forum pages and it's very annoying.

Anyone else has this bug?

I got Mozilla too, and thank heavens I've never seen that thing... Unfortunately, I keep seeing the flashing banners and all the other stuff. I suppose there's no avoiding them nowadays.

That's what I also use, so I don't think I should be getting this. I even has Adblock Plus installed.

Another cool plugin is NoScript ... makes browsing even more safe. It blocks active scripting per domain - so you can allow scripting for the sites which you use and trust to be safe, but block it for all other domains. This means that on progarchives.com you can allow scripts originating from progarchives.com, google.com etc. - but the scripts loaded by ads are blocked.
