   Could you possibly shorten the Subject line of the Notification email?

for example:

Progressive Rock Forum by Progarchives.com : << forum topic title goes here >>

generally only shows the first 3 or 4 words in my Outlook Inbox so I cannot tell which threads the emails are about until I either full-screen outlook, or open the email.

something like:

Progarchives : << forum topic title goes here >>

would be just dandy
