I am pleased to finally be able to join this website.  After many hours of observation, I finally decided that it was time I joined this thing before it was too late (fantastic website by the way).  Characteristicaly, I am a human located within Minnesota, a junior in high school, and an avid prog fan.  I have three primary interests, football, writing, and absorbing music.  It is true that I can bench close to three hundred pounds, listen to camel, and write a poem, sometimes even simultaneously, hence the bench press master.  Musically, I thorougly enjoy camel, the flower kings, the flaming lips, Godspeed Black Emperor, Explosions in the sky, taproban, porcupine tree, and jethro tull.  Currently I am thoroughly appreciating The New Spaghetii Epic Vol. 2, dear Lord it is phenomenal.  There is little more I can say.  I consider myself a capable hominid and I hope to enhance these capabilities while discussing progressive rock among knowledgable creatures.
Failure to consecrate leads to a meltdown in the apparatus which consequently induces the ensuing apocalypse. Believing is Seeing

Mind you our door is as wide as heaven above, but even a camel slips easier through the little hole thar's spared within the needle.

or in more popular terms, beware of the dog, be very much aware. our dogs don 't bark in odd time meters, but their bite leaves marks in odd spacial arangements.

Any way dear bench step master, do step into our masterly benches.

anyone who likes Camel is very much welcomed.

it would be good if you payed homage to the holy Fripp before beginning your journey to enlightenment
I am but a servant of the mighty Fripp, the sound of whose loins shall forever be upon the tongues of his followers.

Hey!  Another Minnesotan!  And a Camel fan too.  Great!  I did my junior year of high school in 1974, and luckily I had some friends that turned me on to "prog", back when  I only listened to Zep, Fleetwood Mac (pre stevie) and Beatles/Stones/Kinks..etc
