Topic: Hello, All Posted: July 13 2006 at 21:09 |
I have surfed by this site a number of times over the last few years. I finally decided to register and take part in the discussions.
My tastes in music are widely varied, with most of my interests focused on prog rock and blues-rock. Since this is a prog rock site, I guess I will list my favorite prog bands, but this list is by no means complete:
Can Korai Öröm Kraan Porcupine Tree Harmonia Embryo Amon Düül II Kate Bush Caravan Colosseum Eloy Gentle Giant Gong Hatfield & The North Hawkwind Steve Hillage King Crimson Pink Floyd The Soft Machine Steamhammer Uriah Heep Van Der Graaf Generator Yes
I'm looking forward to some interested discussion.

Welcome here my friend. You have great tastes in prog and unlike most newcomers, you know about pretty unknown bands. Enjoy the forum!

Thanks for the warm welcome. As for knowing about obscure bands, it's probably due to being an old fart.
