   Hello, fellow proggers. I have been visiting this site for a few months now 

since I first discovered it. Seeing as how I've become somewhat of a 

hardcore prog fan over the past few years, I figured this site was right up 

my alley.

Rush was the first band to introduce me to this amazing genre of music.

As a drummer/percussionist, Rush has been my biggest influence in 

developing my skills as a musician.

Besides Rush some of my other favorites include Pink Floyd, ELP, Dream 

Theater, Tool, King Crimson, The Mars Volta, Gentle Giant, Frank Zappa, 

Primus, Liquid Tension Experiment, and Triumvirat.

Hopefully this site can assist in introducing me to more incredible music. 

Infact, if anyone has any recommendations based on the bands I 

mentioned, feel free to share. Thanks.
