I was wondering if King Crimson ever did a Lizard tour.  It seems that Fripp has released live material from every King Crimson album tour except for In the Wake of Poseidon and Lizard.  I would be interested to hear how they sounded playing stuff off of that album with Gordon Haskell and the rest of that lineup.  Especially to hear a live version of Lizard.  But I doubt Jon Anderson had the time to tour with them for that song.

Actually KC was not a touring band for both Lizard and Poseidon. KC started touring with the Island album line-up and very few tracks were ever played live from Lizard. Circus and Lady of Dancing Water and that was it.

I perused through Haskell's book who has hated his passage in Crimson for years as he was never into that kind of music in the first place and he says it ruined his life for tyhe next decade or so , since almost everyone was asking him about it and he hated that.

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
