I have just seen this mp3 site, I dont know if I am supposed to write the url down (for advertising reasons?)

it sells a whole album for under a dollar! is it a 'fraud'?

meaning that it does not have the musicians' rights about the music it sells...

I must say it's Russian and has to do with sugar, and i remember another conversation on this site regarding a similar site

I've come across this site before and never used it, because it's Russian, firstly and because I'm not sure of the legitimacy of it all...  They have a lot weird and wonderful albums too, apparently.

Any website which sells mp3s is most likely not legitimate. As simple as that ... legitimate stores use some form of DRM (digital rights managements).

I think it's best to say their legality is somewhat dubious. I know Pendragon are taking action against one Russian site for selling their music.
